You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account. Each user should have their own account.

In local mode, your notes are stored only in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. In cloud mode, your notes are encrypted and stored securely on our servers.

We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the unavailability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotePal Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
